On Friday, Trip Like Animals had a show in Ellensburg, which meant road trip! Gotta say, it felt pretty cinematic; beautiful drive, warm night, great company, a rock show in a little college town in the desert. Who knew I'd be road trippin' with a rock band? Life is fun and unpredictable.

And these last two shots are of my friend Elise and me. We've known each other since we were 12 years old and she is one of the most important people in my life. She's gotten me through some of the hardest and darkest chapters and has been there to celebrate the good times. And she introduced me to Joe! She's one of the most loyal people I know, and she knows how to have fun!
