Last week, we became a family of three as we welcomed Verona into our home! Some of you may know she was adopted by Joseph's parents about ten years ago, but after their recent move, everyone decided it was best if she moved in with us. Since then, she has adapted well to being an indoor/apartment cat and is the perfect lap kitty*. She is a lady, clean and polite, but she does have a wild streak every so often, which makes us laugh! Verona is also a very good eater and never misses a meal. She is such a joy to come home to and cuddle with. She has filled a hole in our lives we didn't even know we had! I guess it's only natural though, since we both grew up with pets and we both love animals.

*she will always be a kitty to me, no matter how old she is!
