Suite Castellino

Suite Castellino in Clos Merigane was our temporary home while in Cannes. We only have one more full day here, so as Joe brews our morning coffee, I would like to dedicate this post to our little house that has been our oasis this trip.  Can't tell you how nice it was - after a day of exploring or even just a walk to the grocery store - to be able to come back to this place.  Sure, there were some hungry mosquitoes - and a few of them got me - and we never really got used to how stiff the bed was, but there was also a garden, a gurgling brook behind the house, a terrace - where we enjoyed most of our meals, a lovely little kitchen and a kitty!  The original gate key to the place was pretty cool too.  It was a lovely place to call home for the past two weeks.
